كيف نصنع صيغة التفضيل

One syllable adjectives

الصفات المكونة من مقطع لفظي واحد

Superlative: add est

في التفضيل نضيف

Est

One syllable adjectives ending in 'e'

الصفات المكونة من مقطع لفظي واحد وتنتهي ب

Superlative: add st (the nicest)

في صيغة التفضيل نضيف

St

One syllable adjectives ending in consonant - vowel - consonant

الصفات ذات المقطعة اللفظي الواحد التي تنتهي ب حرف ساكن + صوتي + ساكن  

Superlative: double the final consonant + est

في صيغة التفضيل نكرر الحرف الساكن الاخير ثم نضيف

Superlative: replace 'y' with iest في صيغة التفضيل نبدل الحرف

Adjectives can come in three forms.

يمكن ان تاتي الصفات في ثلاث اشكال

They not only tell us qualities of nouns, but they also allow us to compare the qualities of nouns.

انها لا تخبرنا خصائص الاسماء فقط , بل انها تسمح لنا ان نقارن بين خصائص تلك الاسماء  

These three forms are called positive, comparative and superlative.

تلك الاشكال الثلاثة للصفات تسمى , الحقيقية , المقارنة , التفضيل

 The positive form simply states the quality.

الشكل الحقيقي يعبر عن الخاصية ببساطة

 The comparative form compares the quality of two things.

شكل المقارنة يقارن الخاصية او الميزة بين شيئين

 The superlative form compares the quality of three or more things.

شكل التفضيل يقارن الميزة بين ثلاث اشياء او اكثر

The surf yesterday was better than the surf today.

الامواج البارحة كانت افضل من الامواج اليوم

انها افضل الامواج التي شاهدتها .
